These Terms govern your use of the LT4 website, lt4.plainspan.com, operated by PlainSpan LLC (“LT4,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. They cover the website only. Use of the LT4 product is governed by a separate agreement between PlainSpan LLC and each customer, and nothing here is that agreement.

Informational purpose

This site is provided for general information about LT4. Nothing on it is an offer, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver any feature by any date. Submitting a demo request does not create a contract or any obligation. It just lets us get in touch with you.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Don’t attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to it; don’t scrape or overload it; and don’t use it to break the law or infringe someone’s rights.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, names, and logos displayed on this site are protected by intellectual-property laws. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.

The product

Access to and use of the LT4 dealer management product is provided under a separate subscription agreement between PlainSpan LLC and each customer. This website is not a sign-up for that product.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the site will always be available, error-free, or up to date.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlainSpan LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “last updated” date above; continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
